TSCF Holds 2-Day Board of Trustees Strategic Meeting

The Straight Child Foundation (TSCF) successfully concluded a 2-day Board of Trustees (BOT) meeting from 23rd-24th of November, 2025 at the TSCF head office, No 47. Road M, WBHE, Umuahia. This brought together the leadership of the Foundation to review our 2025 implementation year and lay out strategic plans for 2026.

The meeting provided a robust platform to assess our programmes, identify areas for strengthening, and align our priorities toward advancing disability care, particularly in cerebral palsy and clubfoot interventions across our supported centres.

A key highlight of the retreat was a capacity-building training session for Board Members, aimed at deepening their understanding of governance expectations and their roles as trustees of a Non-Governmental Organization. The session helped reinforce accountability, operational effectiveness, and the shared vision that drives TSCF.

We are grateful for the commitment and passion of our BOT members and look forward to an impactful 2026 as we continue to bridge the gap between vision and reality in the care of children with disabilities.
