About Me:
Dr Peace Amaraegbulam is an Orthopaedic Surgeon, with fellowship training in Paediatric Orthopaedics from the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. She is a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and has a Masters in Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Technology from the University of Dundee, Scotland.
Peace co-founded “The Straight Child Foundation”, a non-profit organization focused on the improved care of children living with deformities and disabilities particularly Clubfoot and Cerebral Palsy. The organization, inaugurated in November 2017, further went into a collaboration with MiracleFeet in July 2018 to improve the access of the indigenous children born with clubfoot.
She is a vigorous humanitarian, active in different professional organizations at the local regional, and global arena and desirous to leave every place better than she met it.
