Clubfoot Early Detection and Referral Training

In line with the Global Clubfoot Initiative (GCI) and the shared vision to ensure every child can walk and live freely by 2030, The Straight Child Foundation (TSCF) continues to strengthen early detection and referral of clubfoot across Nigeria 👣✨

On Wednesday, 27th January, 2025, TSCF was granted an audience to conduct an EDR (Early Detection & Referral) training for State Immunisation Officers (SIOs) in Abia State.

This training empowers immunisation teams to identify clubfoot during routine immunisation campaigns and refer affected children early to the nearest clubfoot clinics supported by TSCF.
